I stayed at this place a few times over 10 yrs ago. Today it was an even better experience, thanks to some upgrades based on what I can remember, but the biggest improvement was Suzy and her level of hospitality! Thanks for making it a great stay. I will be back sooner this time.

A beautiful, clean and sweet smelling cabin on the river with great views, beds, accommodations, private patio, grill, fire pit, what more could you ask for!

This property is a gem and the property manager is so kind. They have modern conveniences for comfort and raw beauty of the local scenery. We will be back.

We stayed at the springs the week after Labor Day! It was so relaxing! The grounds were beautiful and quiet! Pool was very nice and a refreshing! Suzy was so great! Gave us extra firewood and s’mores supplies! Definitely recommended and definitely returning in the future!

The cabin was just perfect with such a peaceful landscape. It was very convenient for all our adventures all the way to the s’mores and wine. Miss Suzy was wonderful with quick responses and you can tell she has a passion and love for Leakey, Texas. I highly recommend The Springs and look forward to a repeat stay when we visit this region again!
